The AnswersHow do the sizes work?For clothing, you sometimes see a maximum size. This means a tank, for example, will fit someone of that size and anyone who wears a smaller size. For hats, the sizes are approximate. The hats can stretch a bit. Please contact us to discuss what size would fit best for you or if you have special requests, as we may be able to accommodate them. What are the materials? The thread is 100% polypropylene, a man-made material that is durable, flexible, and easy to wash. Lining used in some purses and clothing is 100% polyester. The pop tops are aluminum - and therefore stays cool even in the heat and keeps its shine. What's the story with the pop tops? The pop tops are cut off of discarded aluminum cans, collected by the poor and homeless in Brazil. Our artisans purchase hte pop tops, thus continuing an enterprising economic chain. Hundreds of pop tops go into each piece. Even the belts have about 150 pop tops. That's a lot of aluminum saved from re-processing! Read the full story of how each pop top is treated before use in our clothing. What are payment options? Option 1: You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. When you check out, you will see that PayPal "powers" our shopping cart. PayPal is owned by Ebay and used by millions of consumers daily. Option 2: Because we use PayPal as our secure processor for online purchases, you could alternatively directly transfer funds from your bank account. This is a payment option you set up through PayPal. DaLata Designs never sees your bank account information. We only receive the funds. There are no extra costs, whether you choose to pay by credit card or through your bank account. Will there be sales tax? Only California residents pay sales tax. How much is shipping within the US? Standard shipping (3-7 days) is $5 for up to $99 of purchases. If you spend $100 or more, shipping is free! How much is Express Shipping or shipping outside the US? Please contact us before making your purchase if you urgently need the products or live outside the US. What is the return policy? You can return unworn items in new condition up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
